  • Horrible Customer Service

    On Saturday December 3rd, 2016. I booked a hotel for the incorrect city. Once I contacted customer service regarding a change in location for the hotel the customer service representative was not understanding at all, and also cancelled the room that was already booked when no one had given any authorization to cancel any reservations. I also asked how long would a refund take so I could book another room that same night. I was told that the refund would take 5 days to be refunded to me. After explaining myself to the representative on what I was trying to do she was still not understanding... More...
