  • Hotel + Flight Budle

    Hi, We booked 4 people on the Hotel + Flight bundle on expedia from Nairobi to Delhi for 5 days. The airline was Ethiopia Airlines , hotel The Suryaa. When we got to the Suryaa at 3am they claimed we had come too early and were informed our only option to wait on the lobby until 12 noon for chec. Alternativley we could cough up 12,000 INR get crammed into one room until check in time. This is the nightmare of taking a bundle on expedia as clearly they do not liaise with the hotel on itinerary. So when you get a greedy hotel like Suryaa this treatment on Expedia clients...
