After waited two hours in the phone, the supervisor did not resolve my issue and hang up on me!!!!! The worst worst worst experience ever!


I booked a flight through experida. Two day later, I found out that I need to change to another flight. I want to cancle my flight and rebook a new one, but expedia website does not provide the cancleation service. So I called experida in the hope of changing my flight, literaturely I waited one hour to finally talk to a representative. It took him 20 minutes to finally understand my question. he then said it was ok, then he said I need to pay 500 dollars for changing it which does not make any sense. The new ticket price is only 1000 dollars, who is going to pay 500 bucks to change it. So I said ok, just cancle it because canceling the ticket only cost 300 dollars. Then here comes the even shocked part, he said he can not cancle it. He then put me on hold and says he was going to transfer me to a supervisor. I waited, waited, waited, almost 40 minuted passes. Finally there is a real PERSON speaking. I have to tell her the whole story again, why does not make sense to pay 500 to change the flight and I want to cancle it. You know what, at this point, she suddenly said she can not hear me, but I can hear a singe word she said. How does that possible? She then hanged up on me without solving my issue at all, Shocked shocked!!!!!! I know she did this on purpose, because she knew I have to call them again if I want to cancle my flight!! Expedia is not an honest business. They just steal your blood money. NEVER EVER use expedia again if you do not go through hell like me!
