Appalling customer service - Expedia.com


I have had to cancel the holiday I booked through Expedia as the flights I booked were no longer available. I paid almost £5000 as they did not offer the option to pay a deposit and pay off the balance even though I was booking 11 months in advance. I was told the refund was being processed but I have not received it. I have spent hours on the phone to customer service several times and each time I am told the refund has not been issued but will be now and each time it is not done!! This has been going on for 6 weeks and I still have not had my money back! I am furious, Do not deal with Expedia if you an help it. Their customer service is appalling!! If I don't see my money soon I will contact a solicitor!!
