Can't get a refund called 3 days and on the phone for over 3hrs (though they said refund was processed) - Car rental insurance purchased through Expedia for $9 a day
Frustrated!! Called and spent 2hrs on the phone to finally state that refund of car rental insurance purchased through expedia would be refunded due to the 3rd party not having correct info to provide to rental car agency. Was told I would receive and email outlining... More...
