DONT USE EXPEDIA

I HAD AN AWFUL STAY THIS 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, CAME TO THE HOTEL DIRTY WET FOLDED UP TOWELS TO GET A SHOWER WITH, WE HAD TO ALL THE WAY TO THE LOBBY TO BE HANDED POOL TOWELS AT MIDNIGHT, AIR CONDITIONER BROKE, REFRIG BROKE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS, SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO GET HELP THROUGH EXPEDIA, LOST VALUABLE TIME GOING TO THE BEACH. THEY TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY WOULD CALL, AND STRAIGHTENED IT OUT. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED YESTERDAY ONLY TO BE GIVE A 12.61 REFUND FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE DISGUSTING WEEKEND. DONT USE EXPEDIA PLEASE!
