Days Inn and Suites, Hayward, CA - Disgusting Blood Splattered Room - Days Inn, Hayward CA
Reserved a room for an employee, itinerary #1102439047682 for 4 nights checking in on April 19th. Room was terribly filthy, covered with BLOOD splatter and bedding, walls, carpeting and all surfaces in bath room. Requested a room change, but was denied. Since it was after midnight, had to sleep in clothes. Left next morning and found another hotel room at the Holiday Express, Castro Valley CA. Was charged by Expedia for $439.45 which was paid by CC. Requesting full refund .
