Don't use them - air tickets


I booked my flight to visit my grand-son in San Diego. They accidentally cancelled my flight and I only found out at the airport. When I called them, they put me on hold more than 1 hours so I was forced to purchase a ticket from Airline. A ticket that was suppose to cost me $350.00 ended up $950. All I got back from Expedia is lousy discount coupon for $200, and that is after I called them multiple times.
