Expedia has bad customer service. Misleading information, price gauging, and not to be trusted.


I booked a vacation package and noticed I picked the wrong airport a few hours later. I called them immediately and was told I would receive a $1000 cancellation fee. I called the resort directly and found there was no fee at all. After a two day run-a-round I was not granted a refund for the air fare. It cost me $400 for their mistake. Bad business and pretty petty. Very disappointed.
