FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I found a flight online for $202. I immediately purchased this trip which came to $223 after taxes. This was at about 1:45am. I was checking my email and decided to view my itinerary online and realized it said "not booked."I called expedia and the agent told me that my flight was not confirmed by airtran, that it was rejected and that I was not charged; however I had to wait 2-3 business days for funds to go back to my card. If I wasnt charged I shouldnt be waiting for a refund. After bickering back and forth with the agent I asked to speak to a supervisor who was no help at all. She was actually extremely unprofessional and told me there was nothing she could do. She also refuse to give me the agents name that I had previously talked to. Now it was about 4am I called airtran where a very helpful agent told me that no flight was cancelled and that expedia had actually charged me $794 for my trip. Very upset I called expedia back on 3way and was given the run around until I finally got my flight at initial price. I will never book through expedia again!
