Hotel Booking


I booked a hotel through Expedia.com travelled the following night and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, was told that Expedia had not confirmed my reservation with the hotel... Felt like an idiot, receptionist phoned Expedia and was unsatisfied with the way they spoke to us plus the outcome in the end, at least an apology would be good but nothing. As a result was transferred to another hotel which was also very poor, card was blocked twice for no reason, customer service was poor. Worst weekend in Paris with 3 children. Cheers Expedia!
