I booked two hotels with Expedia.com , after my stays I reviewed them both through their website (one good, and one bad). I received an automated reply that they received my reviews, and then another reply a few days later saying that they would post my reviews within 24 hours. While they did post my good review, they FAILED to post my bad review without reason. They are totally falsifying data to make places look more favorable to stay.
