Terrible service - 5 calls and 1 email and did not cancel an activity ticket that could be canceled


I bought a vacation package to Orlando and decided not to go to SeaWorld. The Voucher I've received from Expedia says "Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the date
of the Activity."
I've been trying to cancel it. Called their costumer service number 3 times until I could get an answer: I should send an email with my request. 24 hours later, no response. Another tentative to reach them trough the Customer Service phone number and they made me wait for more than 30 minutes and suddenly missed the call.
Tomorrow will be the deadline and I still don't have any answer for my request.
I think they should change their information to : "Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled at any time prior to 48 hours before the date
of the Activity if you find a way to reach us, with the penalty of loosing time, humor and beauty."
