I was facing issues using my expedia rewards to book a hotel online. I called customer care service for help with providing me the coupon but they were insistent upon making the booking on phone to probably earn their share. I requet multiple times that I needed to make the booking on my own and just needed their help with the code, but not only they did not provide me that, they actually hung up on me both the times. I am extremely unsatisfied with the lousy customer care service by Expedia
