I made a ticket reservation from cairo to Jeddah on February 15 and completed the whole process and the money had been debited from my credit card instantly. They gave itinerary number 198114061353 from their system but never gave me a ticket number, after a while I checked my itinerary on their website and surprisingly found that "my reservation has fully cancelled", that's the message I got. I tried to contact them and they said, after hours of waiting on phone, that they will call the airlines and send me an email with resolution. Yesterday I got their email saying that they have called the airlines but couldn't reach officer with authority. I don't know whey I didn't have my money back while They didn't provide me any service.
