Buyer Beware!


I made a mistake in booking my hotel on line. I made the reservation for Columbia SC. But, what I really wanted was Columbia, MO. I did not realize the mistake until I was checking in at the hotel located in Columbia, MO.

The hotel could not refund me because I booked through Expedia. When I called Expedia the next day to request a refund for the hotel room that I did not stay in located in Columbia, S.C., I was told by a Customer Service Agent of Expedia that they could not refund me the one night. They did not offer any type of concession. It was like tough luck for your mistake. So, as of 5-21-2014, I will never be an Expedia customer no matter how cheap the rate is. Buyer Beware!

Good for you, thats your fault, you should read the cancellation policy as well as the refund policy, like duh!!!
