EXPEDIA: call time on phone minutes 47:39 & counting.....I AM STILL ON HOLD 29mins first time.....now HOLD.AGAIN 9mins & counting...HUNG UP ON 2x's........I HEARD EXPEIA IS NOT RELIABLE OR HELPFUL>.....purchased insurance for trip and can't even change flight without charging MORE than the ORIGINAL FLIGHTprice???? $195 fee!!!!!!! $45bag fee ...seat fee $18.95???? are you kidding!!!
