Expedia Changed my flight three times and now I have to pay for new flight and wait 8 weeks for a credit????? - Expedia unethical


Expedia changed my flight schedule 3 times and now that I've agreed to go with another Expedia airline they want me to 8 weeks for the credit and pay for the new changes? That seems absurd! Each time I spoke with Expedia I patiently waited over an hour for them to find me a new flight. The most recent call I wanted to know why I didn't receive a credit for my old flight which I inferred would be applied to balance my new flight fees. Alejandro who is the Expedia supervisor could not provide a valid excuse which led him to hang up on me. I am really shocked with the poor customer service, I recommend for any new travelers to go direct with the airlines and avoid Expedia.....I never ever like to complain about anything but I felt people should know that Expedia does not care about their customers.
