Expedia will steal your money, and not actually book anything

I would like to complain about my absolutely horrible experience with Expedia. I booked a trip to Colorado for three people including round trip flight, hotel stay from Thursday to Sunday (3 nights), rent-a-car, and a restaurant tour in Denver. The flights were the only successful part of the trip.

The rent-a-car was first cancelled by an Expedia representative to give me a different, cheaper option that was supposed to be $130 dollars. It turned out to be $260. Enraged, we go to the hotel to find that we weren't even booked at all from Thursday till Sunday (although my paperwork said we were. Our room was booked from Saturday till Tuesday! Then when I go to confirm the restaurant tour, they tell me that it has been cancelled for awhile, and they they never received any information about anyone booking a tour with them for the dates I did. The restaurant tour was $100 bucks a person. I spent $300 bucks on a tour that apparently doesn't exist. I spoke to nine different people from Expedia, two of them supervisors, all of them hung up on me and I still have received NO help from ANYONE!

Moral of the story, they NEVER booked the tour that I BOUGHT and they booked my hotel for two days AFTER my flight arrived to my destination. Try to resolve the issues they hang up on you. DO NOT BOOK FROM EXPEDIA!!!!!!!!
